PROJECTS

Bike Helmets – Providing helmets to students in need at local Edmonds elementary schools

  • See the June 2022 article highlighting this program in My Edmonds News.

  • (1/10/2026) We will start to collect numbers for our elementary school students starting in February and shoot for delivery in April/May. We’ll be closely monitoring our helmet providers as tariffs have affected the prices that we can get them (sometimes tripling the cost). Last year, we were able to provide multi-use helmets (combo bike/skate/scooter) but the cost may be prohibitive this year.

Dictionary Project – Providing Edmonds 3rd graders with a dictionary for the school year.

  • (1/10/2026) We are scheduling our presentations for the 3rd graders at all of our elementary schools.
